- Delivery is FREE on orders above $45+ .
- All orders will ship within 48 hours of purchasing.
- Cold Frozen Orders do not ship on weekends.
- Orders on Friday will be Shipped on Monday.
- Local pickup is available for all orders at our Oakland, CA location.
- Currently we do not provide domestic US shipping of products in the Meat section. ( Will be changing in the coming weeks)
All quality Move Halal products that leave our facility are hand-packed for quality assurance. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. No orders will be processed on Sunday or recognized holidays. Your package should arrive within 2-4 business days from the day your order is shipped. All orders are shipped between Monday and Friday of each week. To ensure delivery, all orders must have complete and accurate shipping details, including a phone number and the ship-to address. Move Halal is not responsible for incorrect addresses and incorrect information. If you are ordering to an apartment address, please be sure to make prior arrangements with the apartment manager if you will not be available to receive your package. We will gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Overnight and Express 2-day delivery is available for an additional cost. Please call for rates and availability.

Any Cold Perishable items purchased like Meat or Frozen items are shipped with gel ice and insulated around the product box via priority mail only to keep foods protected and safe. In addition, your order will be shipped and should be delivered within 2-4 business days or less if received Monday through Friday by 12 pm PST. If received after Friday at 12 pm PST, your order will be shipped on the first Monday of the following week. This is only for cold items so they don’t smell bad while in a position of the shipping company as they don’t ship on weekends, so to avoid any of your items going bad we keep them in a cold environment until they are shipped. Due to the perishable nature of cheese and meat we avoid shipping them later in the week to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse.
We ship all orders that require 3 days transit time on Monday and Tuesday. We ship 2 Day Air orders on Monday-Wednesday. We ship overnight packages Monday-Thursday. Once an order is received, it may take from 1-5 business days before it ships. Allow an additional 1-5 business days during the holidays. The carrier's delivery days listed at checkout are from the day an order ships. Please note that FedEx Ground delivery days are not guaranteed.

If a product(s) in your order is not available at the time it is being picked and packed we will either: 1. Omit the product(s), ship the rest of the order and issue a refund or 2. Replace the product(s) with a similar one(s).
An order can not be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. Exceptions may apply due to our discretion.
Returns are not accepted after 5 days from the date the order is received. We do not accept returns on perishable items. Items that have been opened can not be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
We do not reship orders that are returned to us by the carrier due to it being undeliverable and do not ship to a different address other than the shipping address associated with an order. If an order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, and the product is not perishable and not damaged, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s); shipping charges are not refundable and the items returned may be subject to a 5-20 percent restocking fee. NOTE: We need to have the return physically delivered to us for any if the above to takes place.
