Kataifi is simply filo dough that has been shredded, and resembles a sort of flaky and delicate bird's nest. It's the main ingredient in the classic Kataifi pastry, filled with nuts and coated with honey syrup.
Ingredients: Water, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), modified food starch, corn starch, canola oil, soy lecithin, salt, preservatives (calcium propionate, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate), vital wheat gluten, dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid.
